Repair Process

Six steps. Documented at every one.

Here's what actually happens to your vehicle, from the first estimate to the day you drive it home.

Step 1

Estimate & Intake

Start with an online estimate, then we inspect the vehicle in person and walk you through what's covered.

Step 2

Blueprint & Disassembly

Panels come off and the full extent of the damage is mapped out — this is often where hidden damage is found.

Step 3

Supplement & Parts

Any additional damage is documented and submitted to your insurer as a supplement. Parts are ordered — availability can affect timing.

Step 4

Body & Refinish

Structural and body work is completed, then color-matched paint is applied and checked for finish and coverage.

Step 5

Reassembly, Scans & Calibrations

Trim and components go back on; applicable diagnostic scans and sensor/camera calibrations are performed and recorded.

Step 6

Quality Control & Delivery

A final check against spec, and a documented handoff. Track progress any time on the Repair Status page.

Why timelines can shift

Hidden damage: some damage is only visible once the vehicle is disassembled, which can extend the repair plan.

Parts delays: certain parts — especially OEM parts on some models — can take longer to arrive than expected.

Insurer review: supplements need to be reviewed and approved before that work can proceed.

We'll keep you informed as these come up. If you have questions about where your vehicle stands, check repair status or call our office.
